Tina Grogan and her two young sons, Dale Jr. and Stephon Grogan disappeared from a US Army base in Germany in 1992, where her husband was stationed. She wasn't happy in her "turbulent" marriage and was considering moving back home. 26 year old Tina, 6 year old Junior and4 year old Stephon have not been seen since November 1992.
