Chelsea Poorman was a 24 year old Cree woman, a member of the Kawacatoose First Nation in Saskatchewan who went missing in September 2020 in Vancouver, Canada. Her remains were found two years later. Her murder remains unsolved. May 5 is the National Day of Awareness for Missing and Murdered Indigenous Women and Girls. Let's do our part to shed light on the crisis of missing and murdered Indigenous women.
